Software Info-Tech - Financial Performance iGATE Global Q1 net down at Rs 1.1 cr Our Bureau
Bangalore , July 12 iGATE Global Solutions reported a lower net profit of Rs 1.1 crore on revenues of Rs 181.6 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006, compared to a net profit of Rs 1.4 crore on revenues of Rs 147.5 crore for the corresponding quarter the previous t year. On a sequential basis, the net profit was down 78 per cent while revenues grew by about nine per cent over the last quarter. "Clients we acquired in the financial services industry in the last 18 to 24 months are contributing to the growth of iGATE ," said Mr Phaneesh Murthy, CEO, iGATE Global Solutions.
