New range of GSM phones from Haier

Haier Telecom has launched its new range of GSM mobile phones in India with touch-screen facility. Speaking on the launch, Mr Arun Khanna, Managing Director, said "We wanted to be different from the market clutter and hence, a new range of mobile phones with unique design and style is being launched with touch-screen and we are ready to take the leadership in this niche segment."

Haier Touch Screen Mobile phones are available in the range of Rs 8,000-Rs 10,000. The handset also has features such as handwriting recognition, MP3 player, video streaming, 1.3 mega pixel camera, and extendable memory.
