Mumbai to host gold convention

A gold convention to focus on exchange traded funds, demand/supply and risk management will be held in Mumbai during August 18-19. The convention in its third year will look at investment demand, market integration, risk management, refining and price outlook, according to the organisers, the Bangalore-based Foretell Business Solutions. Experts from eight countries will share their in-depth knowledge of the bullion sector. Mr S. Sundareshan, Chairman, Forward Markets Commission, will deliver the keynote address.Participants include bullion traders, exporters and importers, jewellery makers, banks, mutual funds and service providers.
