Uttaranchal invites IDEB

New Delhi, July 14

The Uttaranchal Government on Friday invited Bangalore-based infrastructure firm IDEB to develop an IT park in partnership with its State Industrial Development Corporation (SIDCUL). This would be done through a joint venture on the basis of 51 per cent and 49 per cent between SIDCUL and IDEB respectively, a press statement said. SIDCUL was incorporated as a public limited company in 2002 in order to promote industrial development in the State.
