Medical Institutions & Hospitals States - Andhra Pradesh Diagnostic centre in Hyderabad Our Bureau
Hyderabad , July 17 Pharma major Nicholas Piramal India Ltd (NPIL) has expanded its network of advanced diagnostic centres with the launch of a new one in Hyderabad today. `Wellspring', the pathological laboratory 7 diagnostic centre was today inaugurated by the NPIL Director, Dr Swati Piramal. Wellspring now operates from 15 locations, with over 30 processing labs. Kolkata, Mumbai, Mangalore, Jaipur, Agra, Bikaner, Bangalore, Cuttack, Bhubhaneshwar, Gurgaon, Udaipur, Jodhpur are among other places where the centres have been established. The centres are all networked. Each centre knows that it has access to the resources of the entire network, hence, standardised practices and procedures have been put in place to achieve high levels of efficiency, Dr Piramal said while inaugurating the Hyderabad Centre, according to a press release. Spread over 4,000 sq ft area, the Parklane-Wellspring Centre here would provide all the pathology investigations under one roof. It has all the latest testing equipment and facilities to investigate. Wellspring is among the first corporate diagnostic centres to come up with the chain offering services in major cities and State capitals. The Mumbai and Kolkata centres are also certified by the National Accreditation Board.
