JK Industries net slides in Q3

J.K. Industries (JKI) has reported a net profit of Rs 3.63 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 compared to Rs 8.88 crore posted during the same quarter in the previous year.

Net sales of the company for the period under review stood at Rs 696.93 crore (Rs 562.67 crore). For the nine months period ended June 30, 2006, the company has recorded a net profit of Rs 10.60 crore (net loss of Rs 2.30 crore) on net sales of Rs 1,898.08 crore (Rs 1,486.25 crore).
