Northgate Q1 net at Rs 11.4 cr

Northgate Technologies Ltd has recorded consolidated revenues of Rs 46.91 crore and a net profit of Rs 11.37 crore for the first quarter ended June 30. The revenues have been consolidated for the first time. Therefore, there is no comparative figure for the corresponding quarter last year. On a standalone basis, the company recorded revenues of Rs 17.99 crore with a net profit of Rs 11.82 core for the first quarter ended June 30, against revenues of Rs 21.82 crore and a net profit of Rs 4.06 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. The lower revenue during the quarter was due to restructuring of the company's operations. Last fiscal, the company recorded total revenues of Rs 105.09 crore and a net profit of Rs 23.22 crore.
