Mindteck net, revenue up

Mindteck (India) Ltd, a Bangalore-based IT services company, has reported a net profit of Rs 2.09 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 against Rs 39.9 lakh for the same period last year. Its revenues also saw a rise to Rs 27.4 crore during the first quarter against Rs 8.34 crore in the first quarter of 2005. The company's consolidated revenues incorporate the results of ISS Consultants Inc, following its acquisition by Mindteck USA Inc, according to a company release.
