US arm merged with iGATE

iGate Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the certificate dated August 1, 2006 issued by the Secretary of the State of Delaware, the Symphoni Interactive LLC, a majority owned subsidiary (99.99 per cent) of the company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, has been merged with the company. The assets and liabilities of the above subsidiary have been transferred to the branch office of the company in the USA consequent to the merger, the company said.
