Western India sells 2.13 pc in NCC

Hyderabad, Aug. 8

Western India Trustee and Executor Company Ltd of Indian Advantage Fund-1 has divested 22 lakh equity shares constituting 2.13 per cent stake in Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd (NCC) through sale in open market on August 2. NCC has informed the stock exchanges that following this sale, the holding of Western India has now come down to 88 lakh equity shares, constituting 8.51 per cent.
