Hyderabad, Aug. 15

VBC Finance & Leasing Ltd will participate in a joint venture/SPV company for implementing a five-star deluxe hotel project at Shilpakalavedika in Madhapur in consortium with My Home Group and EIH Ltd. The hotel will be branded `Trident Hilton-Hyderabad'. The total cost of the project is estimated at Rs 450 crore and would be financed in the debt-equity ratio of 1.40:1. The company has said that the board has also approved the terms of agreement with My Home Group and EIH Ltd.
