Vajra Granites approves pref offer

Hyderabad, Aug. 22

The Board of Directors of Vajra Granites Ltd on Monday approved the preferential offer of 19,03,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up to the company's promoter directors and their relatives at a price to be calculated as per the prescribed SEBI guidelines. The company has informed the stock exchanges that the proposed preferential offer of equity shares would be put up for approval of the shareholders at the annual general meeting scheduled for September 27.
