Announcements Variety - Sports Percept bags 3 contracts from BCCI Our Bureau
The deal is valued at around Rs 20 crore and is among the three tenders on which the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) took a decision in the past few days. Pantaloon would also provide for the under-19 cricket team and women's cricket team. In addition, PDM International, a Percept group company has bagged the exclusive ground rights for the cricket tri-series between India, West Indies and Australia that is to be played in Malaysia next month. Percept has also bagged the BCCI Ratings and Awards at an overall price of $6.41 million over five-year period. In a statement, Percept has said that the deal would see it create, conceptualise and manage the ratings in consultations with BCCI. The total value of the three contracts bagged by Percept, which had assisted Pantaloon, is valued at around Rs 75 crore.
