Prajay Engg allots shares to Goldman Sachs

Hyderabad , Aug. 23

The allotment committee of the board of directors of Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd, at its meeting on Tuesday, allotted 7,07,442 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up at a conversion price of Rs 75 per share to Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd.

The company has informed the stock exchanges that the entire lot of securities of $15-million foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) have been converted into equity shares.

Accordingly, the company has informed the Singapore Stock Exchange for delisting of the said FCCBs issue listed on the bourse. Further, the company said it has also informed the Reserve Bank of India about the said conversion and delisting.
