Three banks get nod for PD business

Mumbai , Aug. 25

Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, Bank of America, N.A. and J.P.Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., have been authorised to undertake Primary Dealer business with effect from August 28 said a press release by the Reserve Bank of India.

The authorisation given to HSBC Primary Dealership (India) Private Ltd, Bank of America Securities (India) Private Ltd and J.P.Morgan Securities India Private Ltd, as Primary Dealer, stands withdrawn, said the release.
