The 113th annual conference of United Planters' Association of Southern India (UPASI) is slated for September 16 at Coonoor. Mr Jairam Ramesh, Union Minister of State for Commerce, is expected to inaugurate the conference and Mr R. Prabhu, Member of Parliament from Nilgiris, the Guest of Honour. The conference is to be preceded by a-day's session on commodities.
