The World Institute of Sustainable Energy (WISE) is organising the Sixth National Level Training Programme on renewable energy for media during September 8-9 at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) here.

In addition to bringing in the latest advances, the workshop also aims to clear doubts, misconceptions and criticisms surrounding the renewable energy sector, according to a WISE press release. The major topics to be covered include: clean development mechanism, relevance of biofuels, alternate energy, prospects for hydrogen energy, power sector reforms and key energy terminologies.
