Bangalore , Sept. 7

Oyzterbay is set to enter into a joint venture with a German company for retailing its products at the 56 Oyzterbay shop-in-shops in the country, according to a company official. He, however, declined to reveal the name of the company. The products include jewellery, fashion accessories and other lifestyle items.

Oyzterbay was bought over by Rajesh Exports recently. As for Oyzterbay's over 30 standalone showrooms, they are soon set to undergo a name change and will be called `Labh Jewellers.'

Meanwhile, Rajesh Exports Ltd has bagged an export order worth Rs 195 crore from Lazorde Jewellery, Kuwait for the supply of a new range of festival collection in plain gold jewellery. The entire collection has been developed by the company's R&D facility, keeping in view the onset of the Diwali, Id and Christmas festival season.
