Xansa India HR Director

Xansa India Ltd, a subsidiary of Xansa plc, the UK-listed outsourcing and technology company has appointed Mr Shantanu Banerjee as Director, Human Resources, for their Indian delivery centres.

Mr Banerjee would also be a member of the Xansa India Operation Board. His experience spans over of 25 years in the industry through his association with Bharti Airtel Ltd, Bharti Televentures Ltd and Indo Rama Synthetics India Ltd.

Within the country, the company has its centres at Noida, Pune and Chennai, which support services sectors such as banking, insurance, public sector, retail, telecoms and utilities. The company plans to double its headcount over the next three years with a major recruitment campaign in both IT and ITES practices.
