AP to help rural youth

To prepare rural youth for employment in IT companies, the State Government is planning to take up a new initiative.

In Ranga Reddy district, where quite a number of IT and related companies are coming up, the Government is planning to provide intensive training to rural youth, under the District Rural Development Agency scheme.

Making this announcement, Ms P. Sabita Indira Reddy, State Minister for Mines and Geology, said the Government was also intending to form a `development committee' at every village to oversee different programmes taken up by the Government.
