Lanco Global Systems to hike capital

Hyderabad , Sept. 21

Lanco Global Systems Ltd has informed the BSE that an extraordinary general meeting would be held on October 12 to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 26 crore to Rs 40 crore. This is aimed at allotment of up to 75 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to promoters and others.
