EXPANDING SERVICE: The Minister for Communications and IT, Mr Dayanidhi Maran, with the Minister of State for External Affairs, Mr E. Ahmed, at a function on Wednesday in the Capital to expand the Speed Post Passport Service, a joint initiative of Department of Posts and Ministry of External Affairs. The service will now be available in another 873 post offices across the country.
