Engineering Corporate - Bonus Announcements Crompton bonus at 2:5; net up 25 pc Our Bureau
Mumbai , Oct. 14 Crompton Greaves Ltd has reported a 25 per cent increase in net profit for the second quarter ended September 30. The company's net profit amounted to Rs 40.6 crore (Rs 32.5 crore). The board has recommended an interim dividend of 20 per cent. It also recommended issue of two bonus shares for every five shares held, subject to approval from shareholders.
