PNB gold coin scheme

PAMP CERTIFICATION: Mr S.C. Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, Punjab National Bank, at the launch of `Gold Coin Scheme' in the Capital on Wednesday. Gold coins weighing 5 gm, 8 gm, 10 gm and 20 gm would be made available at the 267 identified branches of the bank all over the country.

The coins would be certified by the PAMP refinery in Switzerland. The bank will declare the daily price of the coins based on the prices prevailing in the wholesale London bullion market.

The bank is offering two per cent discount to customers purchasing 10 or more coins, besides a discount of two per cent being allowed to the existing customers.
