Reliance mulls raising $2 b funds

The Board of Reliance Industries will meet on November 9 to consider raising funds amounting to Rs 9,000 crore towards investment in its oil and gas exploration and production projects.

The funds could be raised by way of syndicated loan/ bonds (fixed/floating)/ foreign currency convertible bonds, said the company in a statement to the stock exchanges.
