The Supreme Court should instruct vigilance and tax authorities to investigate all property deals in Delhi and the National Capital Region, especially those involving shopping malls and residential towers.

Following the apex court's orders on sealing of commercial establishments in residential areas there have been reports of a sharp rise in the real estate rates.
