Opinion - Letters
Sensex high

This is with reference to "13k and the frowning retail investor" (Business Line, November 2).

The market has hit 13k but retail investor does not seem to be celebrating. The retail investor, after having burnt his finger once, has become cautious.

Many retail investors have invested in mid- and small-cap low-priced stocks to be on the safer side.

The retail investor has been well advised by experts in the media on how to invest his money carefully and not be carried away by the market rally alone.

Unless money is invested professionally and prudently, there is no gain to be made.
