Joint bid hopes propel Concor

Reports that Concor is likely to join Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) as part of the PSU consortium jointly bidding for the Rs 5,000-crore fourth terminal project at JNPT have been driving interest in this stock on the bourses.

According to analysts, Concor is the only one in a position to provide shippers containerised freight transportation by rail in India. The company's stock has seen a 31 per cent gain month-on-month . The stock ended the day 2.22 per cent higher at Rs 2,240 on the BSE on Wednesday.
