Technocraft files for IPO

Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the SEBI for its IPO of 83,20,000 equity shares through a 100 per cent book building process.

The issue will fund its expansion plans that are estimated to cost Rs 160 crore. Technocraft is a manufacturer and exporter of drum closures, steel tubes, scaffolding and cotton yarn.
