Hexaware Tech: PeopleSoft hopes

Marketmen are following Hexaware Technologies in the context of developments in the HR IT, PeopleSoft (PFST) implementation and airlines segments. PSFT is its major practice, accounting for roughly 30 per cent of the revenues. Its order book now stands at more than $225 million, which will be executed over a 3-5 year period.

Some broking outfits are maintaining their 2006 estimated and 2007 estimated earnings per share at Rs 9.7 and Rs 12.3 respectively. The Rs 2-face value stock trades at 14.8x 2007 estimated earnings.

On Friday, it closed at Rs 185.75 after touching a low of Rs 182 on the NSE. Over 5.8 lakh shares made up the volumes.
