E-learning facility for Rlys

Mr Naran Bhai J. Rathwa, Minister of State for Railways, has inaugurated e-learning facility at the Indian Railways Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications (IRISET), marking its 49th annual day celebrations here on Friday. The e-learning window would be developed in two phases. In the first phase, the institute would be connected with zonal training colleges. It would later be extended to other places. The institute had so far trained over 50,000 personnel from the Railways from India and other developing countries. The Minister, who also started the Golden Jubilee celebrations, gave away awards to meritorious students.
