LT Overseas lists at 7% premium

Mumbai , Dec. 18

The stock of LT Overseas Ltd, manufacturer of Daawat Basmati rice, made a debut on the bourses at Rs 60, a 7.14-premium to the issue price of Rs 56.

The stock peaked to Rs 62.90 on the BSE, fell to an intra-day low of Rs 51 before settling below the open price at Rs 55.

On the NSE, the stock closed at Rs 53.20 and witnessed an intra-day high at Rs 61.95 and a low at Rs 51.25.

Volumes on the BSE were 54,13,788 shares while 51,73,941 shares were traded on the NSE.

The company had offered 70,35,714 equity shares at Rs 10 each through book-building to enter the capital markets.
