Bangalore-based Acropetal Technologies Ltd has signed a three-year $42-million deal with Datassured Communications Inc to provide enterprise application integration and development services.

Datassured provides enterprise solutions and services that help clients maximise their business values in new economies and emerging markets. Acropetal will set up an offshore development centre that will be dedicated to Datassured's projects and an on-site team for deployment and integration activities, said a company press release.
