Punjab Chem, SD Agchem sign MoU

Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd, an exporter of agro chemicals and SD Agchem (Europe) NV, a 100 per cent subsidiary of the company have entered into an MoU to acquire Argentinian company Sintesis Quimica for $ 10 million.

Sintesis Quimica has two manufacturing facilities in Buenos Aires making agro-chemicals, formulations and industrial products. Shares of the company fell 0.47 per cent to close at Rs 147.70 on BSE.
