2 Oberoi hotels among world's best

Two Oberoi hotels have been rated among the best in the world in the hospitality sector by readers of Conde` Nast Traveler, one of the influential travel magazines in the world. The hotels are: The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur and the Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur.

The recognition comes after these hotels were voted among the 10 best in the world in a readers' poll conducted by Travel +Leisure, the US magazine with a monthly audited circulation of almost a million.

The Oberoi Udaivilas has also been accorded a score of 100 for rooms and design.

The properties are rated on criteria ranging from location, service and rooms to activities and food. The Oberoi Group at present operates in five countries including India, Egypt, the Mauritius, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia with 34 properties, including the luxury Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and the Trident Hilton Hotels.
