Arackal Digital to train NEC Corp staff

Arackal Digital Solutions, based in Technopark here, is holding a training programme for employees of NEC Corporation, Japan. Arackal Digital and NEC Corporation — a $50-billion multinational IT company — had signed an agreement to the effect and the first training was conducted in 2005, according to a statement from the company.

The training will be conducted at Arackal's facility at Technopark for two batches from NEC. The training for the first batch comprising 20 employees will begin on January 22.

Arackal Digital Solutions is a provider of `enterprise system monitoring tools and services'. The company has a strategic partnership with BMC Software - an IT major based in the US.

Arackal has diversified its activities by exporting IT training service to various Asian countries through its IT Learning Solutions Division in association with NEC International Training Ltd - a subsidiary of NEC Corporation.

The company has already conducted IT training programmes in China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Myanmar, Mongolia and the Philippines.
