Pharmaceuticals Cadila Q3 net rises 66 pc Our Bureau
The total income for the same period was up 28.7 per cent at Rs 492 crore. Its profit before depreciation interest in tax was up 31.2 per cent to Rs 101.9 crore during the quarter from Rs 77.7 crore in the corresponding period last year. The income growth was mainly driven by a growth of 105.2 per cent in formulation exports, whereas the company's active pharmaceutical ingredients exports were up 45 per cent, it said in a release here.
Better performance
During the quarter, the company's subsidiaries in France and the US registered better performance. Zydus France SAS, which currently markets 85 generic presentations registered 188.3 per cent growth in sales for the quarter. In the US, the company posted sales of Rs 38.6 crore during the quarter.
