Enzen Global Solutions and Analogic Technomatics have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide smart metering and billing solutions to power distribution companies in the country. While Engen Global expects to leverage its consulting expertise in energy and utilities sectors, Analogic would provide a wide range of hand-held computers and advanced metering and billing solutions.

In a statement, the CEO of Enzen, Mr Satheesh, said, "we expect that our solutions would transform the power and utilities sector in the country as the companies can now manage their revenues and overall financial performance better without any upfront capital investment, and focus on their core business."
