Its net profit dipped to Rs 142 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 against Rs 150 crore recorded during the corresponding period last year. Among IT counters, Infosys surged to $58.94 ($57.01), Patni Computers to $24.39 ($23.8084), Wipro to $17.54 ($17.33) and Satyam Computer to $23.68 ($23.43).
