Citymax ties up with chef Sanjeev Kapoor

New Delhi Feb. 14 Citymax, the hospitality brand of the Dubai-based retail chain, the Landmark Group, on Wednesday, announced a long-term partnership with celebrity chef Mr Sanjeev Kapoor, having taken over the global franchise rights of his three restaurant brands — Khazana Fine Indian Dining, Grain of Salt and The Yellow Chilli.

According to a company release, announcing the partnership, Mr Ravi Saxena, Managing Director, Citymax, said, "The objective is to serve the growing demand for Indian cuisine across the world. In India, in spite of various international brands being present and gaining widespread popularity, Indian cuisine remains the preferred choice and will continue to remain so. At the same time, thanks to its rich heritage, Indian cuisine is becoming increasingly popular across many parts of the world."

"The Landmark Group has always believed in bringing best value to its customers," he added.
