Parsvnath to invest in Gujarat

New Delhi, Feb. 18

Real estate player Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PDL) will invest Rs 1,600 crore in Gujarat to develop various projects in the next two to three years. The company plans to develop townships, group housing, commercial complexes and IT Parks in Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Vadodra, Surat and Jamnagar among other districts. Some projects are being implemented with immediate effect.

The company signed a MoU with the State Government on Saturday. PDL has presence across in 45 cities in 16 States and has 5.6 million sq ft, which will increase to 14 million sq ft by March.
