Chennai March 1 Indian Overseas Bank and Union Bank of India have lowered interest rates on FCNR deposits across maturities. The previous and revised rates of both the banks are identical. They are: 4.99 per cent (5.18 per cent previously) for US dollar deposits between 1 and 2 years, 4.80 (5.10) between 2 and 3 years, 4.73 (5.05) between 3 and 4 years, 4.72 (5.05) between 4 and 5 years and 4.74 (5.06) for over five years.
