Chennai March 14 Gateway HR Solutions has bagged corporate training contracts from Aztec Software and Technology Services and Sasken Communication Technologies.

Training will be imparted to employees at the Team Leader position and higher, up to the Vice-President level, said Mr N. Swaminaathan, Chief Consultant, Gateway. It will involve modules on anger management, time management, crisis management and conflict management.

Gateway will conduct eight sessions for Sasken and 11 for Aztec Software. Each session will last three days. Gateway would also hire external trainers wherever suitable, said Mr Swaminaathan.

The company is also in talks with Sasken and Aztec Software to bag recruitment contracts catering to the middle management and senior management positions.

Gateway has also bagged a contract from Citigroup India to hire entry-level candidates for the academic year 2007-08. "Citigroup is looking to fill 835 positions and we are aiming to fill 60 per cent of this," said Mr Swaminaathan.

Gateway will look at arts, science and commerce graduates from Bharathidasan University in Tiruchi and Bharathiar University in Coimbatore. Gateway would conduct and evaluate a written test followed by a group discussion, both devised by Citigroup.
