Cognizant Technology Solutions has promoted its Senior Vice- President Mr T. Sridhar, as Chief People Officer (CPO). According to a press release, the newly created CPO position will bring together all talent related functions in the organisation. This includes recruiting, talent management, immigration and learning. Besides these areas, Mr Sridhar will also be responsible for human resources leadership across Cognizant's geographies.
