Hyderabad April 5 Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the company will announce and publish the audited annual results for the year ended March 31, 2007 instead of unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

In another communication, Dr Reddys Laboratories said the company has granted 1,26,418 stock options at par value of Rs 5 per option, to the US employees of the company at the meeting of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors held on April 5, 2007.
