Over-heated market

TURNING FLUID: A worker harvesting pepper at a farm near Vandiperiyar in Kerala's Idukki district. The pepper futures market has turned fluid with both bear and bull operators resorting to pressure tactics. Analysts feel the market is over-heated as speculators tend to panic on rumours. On Monday, pepper contracts for current month were up at Rs 15,460 a quintal.
