Hyderabad, April 18

Indian School of Business (ISB) will co-host a global research conference on `India's Financial Markets' at The Wharton School, Pennsylvania from April 19-21. "The participation of some of the best minds from across the world (in the meet) is a testimony to the importance of increasing global interest in India," Prof Rammohan Rao, Dean, ISB, said in a release. The research papers that will be presented at the meet were selected through an international competitive process and cover areas such as corporate governance, pension reforms, and insurance and banking among others. The conference is a collaborative effort of the Centre for Analytical Finance (CAF) at the Indian School of Business, the Financial Institutions Centre (FIC) at The Wharton School and the Swedish Institute for Financial Research (SIFR) at Stockholm, the release added.
