MR SHACHINDRA NATH, Group Chief Operating Officer, Religare Enterprises Ltd, at the launch of a new 360-degree Web portal www.religareonline.com, in the Capital on Wednesday.
Religare Enterprises Ltd on Wednesday unveiled its new portal (www.religareonline.com) . According to company officials, the new portal allows consumers to invest in equities, commodities and mutual funds through the same platform, besides giving them an opportunity to earn `trade rewards' each time they invest online. These points can be redeemed for offers on the portal. The company also announced the launch of a new scheme, `Freedom' plan and interest on cash margins, where interest can be earned on amount kept as margin in the Internet trading account. Under the Freedom plan, the customer need not pay a brokerage fee but only a nominal subscription fee.
