Infotech, HAL in joint venture

Hyderabad, May 3

Infotech Enterprises Ltd and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd have formed a joint venture to offer engineering design services for the aerospace sector, with focus on aero-engines, technical publications and work for original equipment manufacturers. Through this 50:50 venture, Infotech and HAL will continue to serve their customers within their respective companies. Infotech's relationship with UTC will not form part of this venture and HAL's strategically sensitive military projects will not form part of this, according to an Infotech statement.
