CII sends biotech mission to US

New Delhi, May 4

To facilitate new grounds for research and development in the biotechnology sector, the Confederation of Indian Industry is leading a biotech mission to the US during May 3-9. The 54-member mission will visit biotech companies and research institutes in Massachusetts. Mr Gautam Thapar, Chairman, Ballarpur Industries Ltd, is the mission leader. Other members of the team include Dr M.K. Bhan, Secretary, Department of Biotechnology.
